Who is responsible
CDS Brand Solutions (Sam Ireland) is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: sam@cdsbrandsolutions.com.
What I collect and why
When you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name and email, and optionally your business name, phone number and message. I use them only to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. The legal basis is your request to be contacted (steps before a contract) and my legitimate interest in responding.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and sent to my email. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare. I don't sell or share your details, and I won't add you to a mailing list without asking first.
How long I keep it
Inquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used, by emailing me. If you're not happy with my response, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at aepd.es.
